About Flex Time Fitness:

   Hi!  My name is Adrianna Butcher, owner and head trainer at Flex Time Fitness in Dallas, TX.  I hold a degree in Exercise Science from the University of Texas at Arlington.  I have been a certified personal trainer since 2012.  My passion is to help others achieve their health and fitness goals.  Whether you are new to exercise or a college athlete looking to take their fitness to the next level, I can help!  It doesn’t matter your fitness level or age- you can always become fitter, stronger, and healthier!

    From one on one personal training, group fitness, boot camps, spin classes, women's fitness to senior fitness, I have you covered!  I am passionately committed to helping you adopt a more healthy and fit lifestyle so you can look and feel your best!  I believe using a holistic approach to fitness and wellness encompassing cardiovascular, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility and nutrition is very important when teaching others how to live a healthier lifestyle.  I firmly believe that everyone can benefit from seeing a personal trainer - multiple times per week or even as little as once every few months.

Individual Personal Training: $35 hr.
Group Training (2-5 people): $15 hr. per person
Bootcamp Class: $10 person
Online Training: $75 monthly

STOP saying CAN'T!

Because you CAN!  Remember that the body can do amazing things with the right outlook.  Positive thoughts work wonders when trying to reach health and fitness goals!  Keep a positive mind set and when you feel like you just can’t hold that plank any longer…..tell yourself you can and hold for another 15 seconds!  Stay Positiver and Stay Strong.

Happy Monday Everyone!

Start the week off right and get that blood flowing!

20 squats (GOOD FORM!  Hips backs, knees in line with toes, NO KNEES OVER THE TOES!!)

20 push ups

20 high knees

20 bicycle crunches
