Hi! My name is Adrianna Butcher, owner and head trainer at Flex Time Fitness in Dallas, TX. I hold a degree in Exercise
Science from the University of Texas at Arlington. I have been a certified personal trainer since 2012. My passion is to help
others achieve their health and fitness goals. Whether you are new to
exercise or a college athlete looking to take their fitness to the next level,

to fitness and wellness encompassing cardiovascular, muscle conditioning,
balance, flexibility and nutrition is very important when teaching others how
to live a healthier lifestyle. I firmly believe that everyone can benefit
from seeing a personal trainer - multiple times per week or even as little as
once every few months.

Individual Personal Training: $35 hr.
Group Training (2-5 people): $15 hr. per person
Bootcamp Class: $10 person
Online Training: $75 monthly
Nutrition Planning: $50
